Kaka's penalty wins the game

Brazil 4-3 Egypt: Kaka won it… Only just!

Real Madrid’s £ 59 million new asset, Ricardo Kaka, played the game of a champion as he helped Brazil to overcome African Champions Egypt.

Kaka opened the scoring sheet with a fifth minute strike, and closed it with a 90th minute penalty. It was a thrilling game.

Brazil were 3-1 up at half time as Fabiano and Juan widened the score line after Mohamed Zidan equalized.

However, the game soon turned around in the second half with the Egyptians netting twice in a space of two minutes to inflict some fear on the Brazilians.

But then came the defining moment for Kaka to transform it into a glorious one. Brazil were given a penalty after Al Muhamadi andled the ball in the box. The 2007 World Player of the Year indeed didn’t miss from the spot.

4-3, the game ended. Ricardo Kaka can be proud of his first performance since signing for Real Madrid.

I only saw a bit of the game before I had to go to school :\ But I heard it was a great game! Egypt really kept Brazil on their toes, to bad I wasn’t there to watch! Oh well, I’m stoked Brazil won! Now hopefully Italy and Brazil can win their group and I can see them go against my team, Spain!

    =D
