Brazil came from two goals down to beat the USA 3-2 in the final of the Confederations Cup tournament.
Dempsey and Donovan got a goal each in the first period, but Luis Fabiano scored after forty seconds in the second half to give some hopes to the Brazilians.

Later on, Kaka thought he had given Brazil the equalizer. His header crossed the goal line before Tim Howard punched it away. But the referee wrongly denied Kaka from having his third goal of the tournament. All the same, Brazil went on to win the game as Fabiano completed a brace before Lucio netted the winner from Elano’s free kick.

So Brazil succeeded in defending their title and Kaka won the Golden Ball award for being voted as the best player of the tournament. We say “Congratulations, Kaka for winning this prestigious award!”

You have NO idea how happy I was to see them raise that trophy! If Spain couldn’t, I’m glad Brazil won. They truly deserved it in my mind. Good job to Kaka as well for getting the Golden ball! =D
